The Masslift Ninja

A Ninja is a person who excels at a particular skill. The Masslift Ninja is our culture spokesperson, and we call ourselves Ninjas because the idea reflects our values and the way we work.

Ninjas traditionally work alone. At Masslift, people from different backgrounds bring their own skills and work as a group. We are playful with each other, and calm and focused in our own roles. The Ninja has no age, gender or race.

The Masslift culture

Strong culture builds trust, and trust builds loyalty among our employees, customers and suppliers. We do the simple things right, look after our people and work for the good of our communities through workplace transformation. Our Executive Committee built this culture together, and we run the business with the same transparency.
